About the Role
We're seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance metrics, and helping us reach small businesses who need affordable ecommerce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
- Create engaging content for blog posts, social media, and marketing materials
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with product team to understand features and create compelling messaging
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
Requirements
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong content creation skills (writing, basic design)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to small businesses or B2B SaaS
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma)
- Understanding of ecommerce industry and pain points
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with affiliate and influencer marketing
