UX Researcher

About the Role

We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our Design team. You'll conduct user research to inform product decisions, helping us build better experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies
• Analyze research data and present actionable insights
• Collaborate with product and design teams on research strategy
• Create user personas and journey maps
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong experience with user interviews and usability testing
• Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies
• Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Hotjar, etc.)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and research validation

Nice to Have

• Experience with quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
• Background in psychology or behavioral science
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
